Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026.

RefundWindow has no accounts and no tracking cookies. You can read every page without giving us anything.

What we collect

• Visit statistics. We count page views with privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or identify you.
• Emails you send us. If you write to hello@refundwindow.com, we keep your message to answer it and to fix listings. We don't add you to any mailing list.
• The deadline calculator and refund email. They run in your browser. The date you enter and the email text never reach our servers.

Third parties

Our host stores standard server logs (IP address, browser, page) for security, then deletes them. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Some links to tools are affiliate links; the tool may set its own cookies once you leave our site.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete any email you sent us by writing to hello@refundwindow.com.
