In most cases Notion can refund a request made within 3 days of a monthly invoice or 30 days of an annual invoice. Members accidentally added to a workspace can be refunded on a prorated basis if reported within 3 days, after removing them from the workspace. Unused purchased Notion credits can be refunded; once any portion is used, the credits are no longer eligible. Requests must come from the workspace owner’s email or the billing email on file. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store must be refunded by Apple.
