About RefundWindow
RefundWindow answers one question for SaaS tools: can I get my money back, and how?
Refund rules are usually buried in long terms of service. We read them, pull out the refund window, the conditions and the support contact, and put them on one page with a ready-to-send refund email.
How a listing is made
- We collect the tool's own terms of service and refund or help page.
- An AI assistant reads them and records what they say about refunds, quoting the key sentence. A script then checks that the quote and any support address really appear in the page.
- Every listing links the pages it was read from. When those pages don't give a clear answer, the listing says so and stays unrated instead of guessing.
- Each listing shows the date it was last checked. We recheck listings regularly, because terms change.
What we don't do
We don't sell rankings. A tool can't pay to change its score or its listing. Some links earn us a commission; see our affiliate disclosure.
Found something wrong? Tell us and we'll recheck it.
